Refund and Returns Policy

At Crewcial, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The size does not fit (exchange only)
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

 

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable
  • Accessories, innerwear, or customized products (due to hygiene and personalization)
  • Items that show signs of wear or misuse
 
Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

 
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size/style is available, we’ll ship it once the original item is returned.

If unavailable, you’ll have the option for a refund or store credit.

 
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per our policy.

 
How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  1. Email us at Crewcial.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return/exchange
  3. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

 

Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

 
Return Pickup & Shipping

To keep our prices fair for everyone, we ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping.

You’re welcome to use any Courier you like-Just be sure to choose a trackable option so your parcel gets to us safely

 

Note: Crewcial reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements or in cases of suspected abuse of the return system.
